Getting Started

INFORMS has been a resource for graduate students since 1995. The amount of information on the INFORMS website is staggering. The Graduate Student Educational Outreach Committee has put together some resources for graduate students. There are three primary benefits that INFORMS offers to graduate students: (1) opportunities for professional development, (2) opportunities for networking, and (3) professional resources. There are benefits for nonmembers to use the free resources available on the website. If you choose to become a member, there are additional resources that are available. Finally, you may be contemplating either forming or becoming part of a graduate student chapter of INFORMS. This accrues additional benefits.
